THE KENYA PRO-AGEING ORGANIZATION
Focusing on issues affecting the ageing, aged, retiring and retired people in Kenya

Here for The Elderly, No Matter What

We are a non-governmental organization based in Kenya focusing on issues affecting the ageing, aged, retiring and retired people in our country. This organization is one of its kind in Kenya because very few people see anything positive in our older persons.
The organization is promoting better health and reducing the negative impacts of job loss and loneliness among senior citizens. Kenya’s elderly population is growing very fast. Those over 60 years are around 3 million people. (2.9 million In 2019)

We need to continue helping the eldely
We are an organization empowering the elderly fighting ageism, hopelessness and helplessness among elderly persons. The elderly should not be objects of pity, sympathy and philanthropy in a house that they have sacrificed to build.
